These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of store.infurotech.com and your relationship with Infuro Tech Solutions LLP("Infurotech", "we", "us") when you explore or purchase our custom ecommerce store services. A signed proposal, statement of work (SOW), or master services agreement ("MSA") for a specific project prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

Acceptance

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Services

Infurotech designs, configures, deploys, and maintains ecommerce storefronts and related systems (catalog, checkout, payments integrations, content, WhatsApp commerce, SEO setup, and ongoing support) as described on this site and in your project documentation. Timelines, deliverables, fees, and support scope are defined per engagement — not solely by marketing copy on this website.

Eligibility and accounts

You represent that you have authority to bind your business, that information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep credentials and access you share with us confidential.

Your responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals
• Supply lawful product, pricing, and marketing information for your store
• Maintain your own customer-facing policies (shipping, returns, privacy) on your live store
• Comply with applicable laws (consumer protection, tax, data protection, export rules)
• Secure domains, payment accounts, and third-party integrations you control

Fees and payment

Pricing on this site is indicative unless confirmed in a written quote. Invoices, milestones, deposits, and payment methods are set out in your SOW. Late payment may pause work or incur interest as specified in your agreement. See our Refund & Return Policy for cancellation and refund principles.

Intellectual property

• Your content: you retain ownership of your brand, product data, images, and copy you supply.
• Deliverables: ownership and licence terms for custom work, platform configuration, and shared components are defined in your signed agreement.
• Our materials: Infurotech retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how except as licensed to you under your contract.

Confidentiality

Each party will treat non-public business and technical information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach.

Warranties and disclaimers

We perform services with reasonable skill and care per your SOW. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and any pre-contract information are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or ad performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infurotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data). Our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited as set out in your signed agreement, or — for site use only — to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Infurotech against claims arising from your products, your store content, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project as specified in the SOW. We may suspend or terminate site access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive (fees owed, IP, confidentiality, liability limits) survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your MSA specifies otherwise. We prefer good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
